To use the concealer, twist the collar of the applicator until the concealer is visible on the sponge. Apply the concealer to the under-eye area and blend. For extreme dark circles, apply the Neutralizer under the concealer, and to add luminosity, apply the Brightener to the inner corner of the eyes, cheek, brow bones, and bridge of the nose. The Dark Circles Eraser is protected by an antimicrobial system, and the applicator should not be wet. Any excess eye concealer can be wiped off with a dry tissue.
